Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from LUXE Fashion. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the items meet the following conditions:

Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Support Team with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Package your item(s) securely, including your RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest delivery of your new item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the damage. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.
